1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Voyivo’s platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. User Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (for self-drive) or a valid ID to book a ride. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
3. Booking & Cancellations
- Reservations: Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Cancellations: Fees may apply if a booking is cancelled within a specific window of the scheduled pick-up time.
- Adjustments: Voyivo reserves the right to substitute vehicles of a similar category if the requested model is unavailable.
4. Payments & Billing Prices are calculated based on duration, distance, and selected add-ons. You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, tolls, and potential cleaning or damage fees incurred during your rental.
5. User Conduct Vehicles must be used responsibly. Prohibited activities include illegal transport, reckless driving, or smoking inside the vehicle. Any violation may lead to immediate termination of service without a refund.
